By using CASQ-it we have reached the desired transparency of our complaint data. Having better data, we can offer our departments a better service. In the year following the introduction of the CMEC module, we already saved approximately 50.000,- €. Since CASQ-it provides quick and easy-to-handle analyses, we are able to save man power for other actions.

By using CASQ-it, we have been generally improving the data processing and the information flow. Only 6 months after its introduction, we have noticed a considerably higher transparency in the processes ISR, quality data acquisition and IDA (Inspection Device Administration). The Complaint Management and Error Cost Analysis (CMEC) will be introduced next.

We can no longer systematically handle complaints without using a CAQ system. Due to CASQ-it, we were able to stabilize our processes. By systematically recording and analyzing our data, we were able to remedy and prevent errors and, thus, save time and costs. After an introductory study and learning phase, we could start improving processes right from the beginning.

All CASQ-it Modules are perfectly compatible. This avoids unnecessary ways and saves time and costs. No matter what module we introduced, the controlling and measuring of all processes have been improved in less than 6 months. Since we have introduced CASQ-it, the processes have not only become more transparent, but we could also exchange one employee and save considerable costs.

Due to the SPC module by Boehme & Weihs, we were able to control the calculation of production costs within a year and, thus, save half of the time it would usually take. Additionally, we could better respond to customer's requirements. IGI (Incoming Goods Inspection) is an excellent module for checking the quality of suppliers and act accordingly. We were able to reduce the problem of length tolerances to a minor problem.
