Failure Mode and Effect Analysis

CASQ‑it FMEA already detects potential failures, which might cause failures within the product life cycle, in the product design phase.

Risks are assessed by systematic structure analyses and reduced or avoided by preventive actions.

As a result, the Production Control Plan being generated from the FMEA helps detecting potential failures as soon as possible.
